We started our Business in 2011 as “DURGA METAL FINISHER” for Plating Process.

Unit-I Capabilities :
  • Manual Line
  • Acid Zinc /Barrel- Capacity 2 Tons/Day
  • Copper /Barrel -500 Kgs/Day
  • Nickel /Barrel - 300 Kgs/Day
  • Tin /Barrel - 200 Kgs /day
  • Alkaline Zinc Manual Vat plating line with
  • capacity to plate 200 sq.mtrs /day.
  • Zinc Nickel Barrel – 200 Kgs/day
  • Zinc Nickel Vat- 50 sr.mtrs/day.

We started our second unit in 2014.

UNIT II Capabilities :
  • PLC Controlled Fully Automatic plating line
  • Alkaline Zinc Barrel and Vat Applications
  • 6 plating stations suitable for both Vat and Barrel Applications.
  • we can plate a minimum of 4 tons /day.
  • Alkaline Zinc Manual Vat plating line with capacity to plate- 600 sq.mtrs /day
  • Zinc Nickel Barrel-300 kgs/day
  • Zinc Nickel Vat-150 sq.mtrs/day
  • Electroless Nickel -100 sq.mtrs/day
  • 5000 sq ft area for the plating shop floor
  • FULL FLEDGED Effluent treatment plant with elevated solar pans.
  • In house Analytical Lab with PH meter, Coating Thickness Meter and Hull cell Facilities.
  • Willingness to deliver the highest quality at reasonable price.

  • RMC CED Coating business to take care on metal surface with latest generation coating, Cathodic Electro Deposition Coating ( CED Coating).
